Gluten free

We are glad to cater to gluten-free guests (our son is a celiac). Upon request we can offer a self service gluten free breakfast based on cereals, biscuits, bread, jam etc. Our kitchen is equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and some utensils (colander above all, pans, special reusable bags for the toaster) are kept only for gluten free use to avoid cross contamination. 
We are adjacent to two gluten free restaurant serving, among other things, a very good pizza!

We can give you tips about where to eat gluten free in Florence or in the area. We'll do our best to minimize the little difficulties that the celiac disease can cause, especially when new to a gluten free diet or when travelling.

In San Piero a Sieve you can find two pizzerie serving gluten free pizza (Il Regolo and La Bisboccina), both delicious I must say!
